SERVICES › ANNUAL CONTRACTS

Whether your property is a residential home or a commercial complex, Brentwood Landscapes' Maintenance Division can assist you with the year-round care of your grounds. Our goal is to maintain your landscape and lawn at its best, without your having to worry about it. Maintenance contracts are set up for twelve months of service with a payment plan that allows the client to budget the same amount each month. The maintenance program will be customized to match the particular requirements of your site and generally includes the following items:
