Client Rewards Program

Here at Brentwood Landscapes we have started a new Client Rewards Program under which our valued clients can earn free rewards in the form of free landscaping services, based upon the number of points accumulated throughout the year.

As a client of Brentwood Landscapes, you can earn Client Rewards Points in four different ways:

• LOYALTY POINTS: You begin your new contract with 10 points for each previous year you have been a BLI customer.
• REFERRAL POINTS: You earn 5 points for each friend you refer to BLI. You earn an additional 10 points for each referral that becomes a BLI contract customer for 2010.
• PAYMENT POINTS: You will receive 5 points each month for paying your invoice early before the due date.
• VOLUME POINTS: You can receive a one-time Spring bonus of 20 points if you contract for three or more service categories.

Here's an example of how Client Rewards works.

• Loyalty. A client for the past four years renews their contract for 2010 (40 points).
• Referrals. This same client refers six friends (30 points), and two of them become BLI customers (20 points).
• Paying Early. Our client above pays his monthly invoice before the due date seven time this year (35 points).
• Multiple Services. This client signs up for lawn care, landscape maintenance and irrigation services (20 points).

SUMMARY: This client has 145 points and qualifies for Level 2.

2010 Program Levels

Level 1 (50 to 99 Points)

At Level 1, clients can choose from a variety of #1 size perennial plants. Sun, shade, flowering or not, your garden will look even better with a plant that comes back year after year.

Level 2 (100 to 199 Points)

From evergreen to deciduous, you will find something at this level to enhance your landscape. Shrub container sizes are #3. Remember, installation is included! If you don't need a shrub, you can substitute two perennials from Level 1.

Level 3 (200 Points and Up)

For our clients with 200 or more points, you can choose from several ornamental trees for your yard. Trees are about 4' tall and will be professionally installed. You may also substitute two shrubs from Level 2 or three perennials from Level 1.

It's easy to participate and redeem your points!

• Every customer is automatically enrolled in the Client Rewards Program and will receive point balance updates on their monthly invoice.
• Client Reward Points are earned between March 1 - October 31.
• Points are redeemed during the months of November and December.
• You can redeem points for one of three Levels depending upon how many points you have.
• Once redeemed, your points balance is zero. No points can be carried over from a previous season.
• All points expire on December 31.
• Points have no monetary value and they cannot be redeemed for any services or applied to outstanding balances.
• Participation in the Client Rewards Program is entirely voluntary and it is up to the client if he/she desires to take advantage of these special offers.
• Client Rewards can be redeemed in the name of another individual if you wish to give as a gift.
